Serving villages, uplifting lives

Gramin Sarv Kalyan Samiti is a trust registered at sub registrar office Dehradun Uttarkhand, continuously working since the year 2020 (Regd. No. 487) for the upliftment of economically weaker sections of society. The primary objective of the organization is to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth, women, and needy individuals in both rural and urban areas, enabling them to become self-reliant. To achieve this objective, the organization has launched "Mission Rozgar." This initiative is being implemented across all districts of Uttarakhand, with the aim of creating local employment opportunities and encouraging youth to work within their own regions. The core goal of Mission Rozgar is to provide maximum employment opportunities without requiring large investments, while ensuring a respectable source of income. Under this scheme, all young men and women who have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass are eligible to apply. In addition, men and women above 18 years of age — including students, homemakers, and retired individuals — can also participate in this mission. One of the most significant features of Mission Rozgar is that no franchise fee or joining charge is required. Work is assigned based on the individual's capability and efficiency. Alongside employment, the organization runs Mission IAS, Mission Doctor and Mission Engineer, through which capable students from the hill and rural areas of Uttarakhand receive free online coaching and career guidance for civil services, medical and engineering entrance examinations.

The organization firmly believes in the principle of "More work, more income," and that belief is the foundation of everything we do. We do not ask a young person for a joining fee, a franchise charge or an investment they cannot afford. We ask what they are capable of, and we give them work that matches it. My vision is that no youth in Uttarakhand should feel discouraged due to unemployment, and that everyone gets an opportunity to live a dignified and self-reliant life. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact the organization to learn about the work available in their own area, so that suitable employment can be arranged according to their location and the time they can give.

Hardworking students from the hill and rural plain areas are prepared online for the civil services, along with career information and guidance — so that capable candidates are not held back for want of direction.
Students who are financially weak but wish to become doctors and serve the nation are prepared through online classes, so that high coaching fees no longer decide who gets to try.
Youth from the hill areas of Uttarakhand who are strong in physics, chemistry and mathematics, but whose parents are unable to arrange teaching, receive online training for engineering entrance examinations.
