Why this campaign exists
Training on its own does not create a livelihood. A young person can finish a skill course and still have no work at the end of it, because the missing piece was never the skill — it was the capital and the paperwork needed to begin.
What we do
Mission Rozgar carries a candidate through both halves of the problem.
Skill training
We provide skill training to unemployed youth so that they hold a marketable trade rather than a certificate alone.
Help to start their own business
After the training, we help them start their own business with the support of the banks:
- Mudra loan — assistance with the application for micro-enterprise finance
- Start-up loan — guidance on start-up lending schemes for a new venture
- Paperwork support — help assembling the documents banks ask for, which is where most first-time applicants stop
The principle behind it
More work, more income. There is no franchise fee and no joining charge — work and support are given on the basis of a person's capability and willingness.
