Why this campaign exists
Every year, young men and women from the hills and villages of India travel to a bharti rally and are turned away at the physical stage — not for lack of will, but because nobody ever showed them how to train for it. Coaching academies in the cities charge fees a farming family cannot spare.
What we do
Mission Army provides free physical training to youth preparing for Army and Police recruitment. The training is conducted by retired army officers — people who have run these grounds themselves and know exactly what the selection standard demands.
- Ground training — running, endurance and the timed events that decide the physical round
- Strength and stamina — structured routines built up over weeks rather than crash preparation
- Bharti standards — practice against the actual measurements and cut-offs used at recruitment rallies
- Guidance from those who served — retired officers mentoring candidates on discipline, documentation and what rally day is really like
Who can join
Any young person from the region preparing for Army or Police bharti. Come to the ground and speak to the trainers, or contact the Samiti office to find out where the nearest batch runs.
